Urlaub in der Heimat

Published by at 14:22 under Allgemein

Hi everyone,

As you might know, we only have one rule in our blog. You have to write an English Title for each story. However, since we were in Germany we will turn it around for this one…German Title and the story in English… Hahaha
That will make it interesting – I think… 🙂

As Frank was already in Germany – teaching the new mice program – I had to fly by myself… Oh well, sounds horrible, but not if you get upgraded to Business Class. Ooooh yeah! For the flight from Dubai to Munich, I could enjoy luxury Business Class with massage seat and champagne. “Oh Mrs Billing, would you like to join us for Lunch?” – “You bet!!!”. 🙂

But every trip has to come to an end and I could finally land in Munich. Frank and my parents picked me up and off we went to Nuremberg to start our three week holiday. And boy, they were three busy weeks.

The first big event was Nicole’s hens night. A bunch of girls went to surprise Nicole with a few tasks for her “last night” as unmarried woman. Due to rain, we spent most of the time indoors: first up a foot massage for Nicole, then Brunch, to the city for a few challenges including a puzzle and a special wig, next stop bowling and then nice dinner in a Greek restaurant. A funny day with time to catch up with the ladies!

After a day making own pasta at FloSas with Flo’s special pasta sauce recipe and a day with Mum in the City, we rented a BMW to drive to Karlsruhe. Why Karlsruhe? Well to meet our friends Marcel and Irina. Together we’ve spent the day in Karlsruhe, looking at the castle and walking in the Palace Garden. A beautiful, sunny day with awesome people!

What is the best start to a day?? Exactly: a delicious, big breakfast! Together with my sister and Asti, we filled our bellies with yummy food and talked about everyone and everything. 🙂

Those were the highlights of the first week! Two more weeks to go! Wohooo!
Still a lot more to come, so stay tuned. 🙂

Hugs,

Yours,
Corinna

P.S.: What you have to do, if this was too hard for you to understand?? First: Book a flight to Perth and learn English with us. Second: Copy and Paste into Google translator (have fun!) or Third: click here and it will translate into German. 🙂

Thanks a lot for this English – lesson. Please more soon! I have to improve my English urgently. And I find, your report sounds more lively than in German! Many greetings and good luck! Sigi
